Finding joy is like searching for treasure when the treasure has been within you all along.

Sometimes, finding the light in darkness can be challenging. To choose joy in the midst of struggle, of pain, loss, heartbreak…you name it…it can be difficult.

But I know that while not all days are bright and full of joy, there is still joy and light in every day. So I want to challenge you, whoever you are, to find the joy. Even when it’s not easy. Especially when it’s not easy. Because life is beautiful and there is so much joy to be found. Sometimes, we’ve got to look real close to see it, but it’s there. I promise you, it’s always there.
